Our Celebration Edition is designed for private parties and special occasions.

Guests receive auction cash, compete in games, earn bonus money, and bid on mystery prizes throughout the event. Every auction is filled with surprises, laughter, and friendly competition as guests try to win the most exciting prizes.

How It Works

Step 1: Receive Your Auction Cash

Each guest begins with $1,500 in auction cash.

Throughout the event, guests can earn additional money by participating in games, answering questions, and winning challenges.

Step 2: Bid on Mystery Prizes

Guests use their auction cash to bid on mystery gift bags.

The highest bidder wins the prize and opens it in front of the group to reveal what’s inside.

Step 3: Keep It or Swap It

After a prize is revealed, the winner may choose to:

• Keep their prize
• Swap it for a previously opened prize

This exciting twist keeps everyone on their toes throughout the event.

Step 4: Scratch & Win Bonus Game

Each guest receives a Scratch & Win card for additional opportunities to win:

• Bonus auction cash
• Mystery prizes
• Surprise gifts

After scratching their card, guests place their name into the Lucky Draw box for additional chances to win throughout the event.

FUNDRAISER EDITION ❤️

The Fundraiser Edition is perfect for charities, schools, churches, sports teams, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and special causes.

Instead of using auction cash, guests bid using real money. All proceeds raised through the auction are donated directly to the charity or fundraising cause selected by the host.

Guests still enjoy the same exciting auction experience, mystery prizes, games, and surprise giveaways while helping make a difference in the community.

Host Contributions

The Bean Studio provides vendor-sponsored prizes as part of the experience. Hosts are welcome to contribute additional prizes, gift cards, beauty products, novelty items, themed gifts, or special surprises to personalize the auction.

The more prizes available, the more competitive and entertaining the experience becomes.

Important Information

All auction equipment supplied by The Bean Studio remains the property of The Bean Studio and must be returned at the conclusion of the event.

This includes:

Any missing, lost, damaged, or unreturned items will be invoiced to the client at replacement cost.

A $100 replacement fee applies to any unreturned Auction Cash set.
